Support must remain available after a return to work
Metinvest runs a support programme for employees and their families alongside a separate recovery programme for veterans. Needs vary: some people want a private conversation, while others benefit from being with peers and having a specialist nearby.

Psychologists meet veterans individually and in groups. The programme addresses stress, emotions, relationships and finding stability after service. Specialists also stay present during shared activities.

Metinvest reported that nearly 50 veterans attended the camp between May and July 2026. This is the number of participants in Metinvest’s wider programme, not a measure of Betobee consultation outcomes.
In Metinvest’s account, veterans describe the combined support, conversations with psychologists and time with fellow veterans. Their accounts concern the whole camp experience; we do not attribute every outcome to the psychology sessions alone.
