Our primary data storage infrastructure is located in Europe. Some technical services may process data in other countries; the privacy policy describes the terms of such transfers.
How chat messages are protected
Chat messages between a client and psychologist are encrypted with AES-256 in the database. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to operate the service. Protected channels are used to transfer data.
Your contracting service provider
Services are provided by Meclee LLC or sole proprietor Iryna Viacheslavivna Kornilova, as specified in each client’s agreement. Contact us below to clarify the data processing terms for your agreement.
When data is deleted
Data is kept for as long as needed to operate the service, fulfil a contract or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised. Use the contact below to request access, correction or deletion.
Which services are involved
The policy lists categories of technical providers: hosting, business email, video calls, payments and analytics. Its examples include Hostinger, Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Platon, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. The services involved depend on how the platform is used.

GDPR and data processing agreements
Betobee’s policy takes GDPR principles into account; the regulation applies where the processing falls within its scope. The policy itself does not establish certification or a compliance audit. If a corporate agreement requires Betobee to process data under the client’s documented instructions, the terms may be set out in a separate data processing agreement (DPA).
