An employee can register with a phone number and SMS verification. A company email address is not required for this option. Access via a company email or promo code is also available.
Connecting via an employee list
The company sends Betobee an employee list. We use an internal employee ID to check which corporate programme a person belongs to. We agree on the required data and how to transfer the list before launch.
Employee verification through your company's API
Instead of uploading a list, we can configure an API for automated data exchange with the company's system. During registration, Betobee requests the data needed to verify an employee. We agree on the exchange process with your IT team.
Usage data through the Betobee API
The Betobee API can send service usage data to the company's reporting system. We agree on the metrics and access before launch. The contents of consultations are never included.
Who can access the data?
Verifying an employee for access does not give the employer access to the contents of consultations. HR reports use de-identified, aggregate statistics. We agree on technical parameters, shared data and the exchange process before launch.

Is a company email address required?
No. Employees can register with a phone number and SMS verification. We agree on how to verify employment before launch.
Do we need an API integration to launch?
No. We can also use an employee list with verification by internal employee ID. We choose the approach together with the company.
Does the API share consultation contents?
No. The Betobee API can share agreed service usage data for reporting. Consultation contents are not included.
