What a psychologist can help with

Stress, emotional exhaustion, distress during the war, changes at work, conflicts and personal relationships. Employees can seek help with both work and personal concerns.

How to choose a psychologist

The Betobee network has 100+ psychologists. The number of available specialists depends on the selected filters and payment type: partially or fully funded by the company. Consultations are available in Ukrainian and English; employees choose their own specialist.

OUR SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

How we select psychologists

01 / Education

Psychologists and psychotherapists have a university degree in psychology or medicine, plus additional training in a therapeutic approach.

02 / Practice

We work with specialists who have at least two years of experience. They undertake personal therapy and regular supervision.

03 / Confidentiality

Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement. Session content is not shared with employers.

How employees book sessions

Employees register, complete a short questionnaire and receive a selection of psychologists. They choose a specialist and a session time. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled independently in their account.

How companies fund counselling

Companies can fund sessions fully or partly. We agree on the overall budget and per-employee allowance before launch. Pricing depends on programme volume and terms; send an enquiry for a quote.

Support in crisis situations

Crisis counselling and an urgent callback can be included. Depending on programme terms, a crisis appointment can be available in under 24 hours. Availability and the process for accessing support are agreed before launch.

What HR sees and what stays private

HR receives total usage, spending and other anonymised figures. Employers do not see session content. Conversations are not recorded or transcribed, and third-party AI note-taking services are not used.

How to set up mental health support

We agree on employee numbers, funding and limits, set up access and explain how to book a psychologist. After launch, we review programme usage with HR. Counselling can be a standalone service or part of a comprehensive wellbeing programme.

FEEDBACK AFTER SESSIONS

What people say after their sessions

“Everything went well. I was a little unsure about how young Anastasiia was (it took me a little time to adjust to being guided by someone more than twice as young as me))) — but she is truly professional, very perceptive and friendly/supportive.”
“It was very easy to talk to Lesia. I can't say I felt any relief, because it was only the first ‘getting to know you’ session, but I did feel some hope)”
“It was difficult during the session because we touched on topics I had previously avoided. The psychologist is easy to be with, empathetic and professional. It is still hard to assess how I feel afterwards, because one session cannot resolve what has built up over years. Time will tell how things go.”
“Yes, I was happy with the session. I was quite nervous because it was my first one. But Olha is a very pleasant person and a specialist you trust from the first few minutes, someone you feel comfortable talking to!”
“I was satisfied, learned something new about myself and saw some of my thoughts from a different angle. During the session, I appreciated the transparency of the process and the pleasant atmosphere Anna created.”
“I am very satisfied. Svitlana is a wonderful psychologist and specialist. She maintains a partnership and an open, trusting atmosphere. I want to keep working with her because I feel that through our communication, collaboration, my own responsibility and actions, I can achieve the result I am working towards.”
